We respect your privacy. This means when you subscribe we will never sell your contact information to anyone. We do use certain companies to help send our newsletters or marketing materials. For example, we use a company called MailPoet to distribute our newsletters.

By entering any contests associated with our organization, you consent to receive newsletters and marketing materials. You have the right opt-out or unsubscribe at any time. 

Event Photo Release Form

By attending an event hosted by Jewish Together Temecula Valley, and not opting out of said photo release, you hereby grant Jewish Together Temecula Valley permission to use your likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

You understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the Jewish Together Temecula Valley and will not be returned.

You hereby irrevocably authorize Jewish Together Temecula Valley to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

You hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Jewish Together Temecula Valley from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE PHOTO RELEASE. YOU AFFIRM THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR, IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, YOU HAVE OBTAINED THE REQUIRED CONSENT OF YOUR PARENTS/GUARDIANS.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
